We are able to compound and extrude a broad range of materials in order to meet our customers’ requirements.
Our co-extrusion technology permits us to extrude multiple materials simultaneously into a multilayer construction, and our lamination process can apply carpet, foam, film or foil to either or both sides of our extruded products. If an existing material doesn’t meet your requirements we would be happy to formulate a bespoke resin tailored to your application using our compounding capability.

We have a range of filled EVA resin and sheet options that can work for your noise, vibration and harshness (NVH, N&V) applications. These include low-fog/low VOC and fire retardant compounds.
Recycling Programs
Thermoforming and die-cutting can generate a lot of waste material. Where possible we offer a material buyback option to reclaim and repurpose your scrap and avoid the need for landfill.
